Even though your water looks good through all the tests... I would wait another three weeks at least before I put anything in. Your SG is fine. most people seem to like between 1.023 and 1.025. If you want to lower it, just add a little more water.
Most people install baffles in the sump to prevent microbubbles from making it to the return pump (and therefore into the main tank). Also, ERs come with a sponge for the output that helps as well - I'm assuming you're already using that. In time, most skimmers generally settle down and produce less bubbles in the effluent.
Also, natural seawater around many reefs has an SG of 1.026 to 1.027, so 1.025 is definitely NOT high.
