anyone know what the long tentacles that come out of the rock are? they are white/clear and then retract into the rock??

the sand below the water level looks like animals are burrowing (spelling?) into the sand and leaving holes that can be seen below the water level in the sand?? what's up with this " thanks

Sounds like a "spaghetti" worm. Perfectly normal scavenger, those are the feeding arms your seeing. Especially if the arms are very long and very thin.
