I saw the advertisement, yet i have live rock and shrimp, snails, and crabs, will they be at great risk if i use this product to treat the ich on my fish? Especially the liverock?

that helped a bit but i was thinking that maybe I could use both methods. What do you think about taking the fish out and into QT tank and then in QT add the Kents marine RxP to take care of the problem. Also, how long should you leave display tank empty of fish so ich parasites are usually killed off from starvation?

In a QT tank, you can give it a try. I've heard some good reports about RxP, but some people also have reported no efficacy. In a QT tank, it won't hurt to try, but I think hyposalinity is a better possibility.

Ich's life cycle is about 14 days at 78 degrees F. To be safe, I'd wait a month. Elevating the temperature slightly (say, to 82 degrees F) is a good idea to help speed metabolism/life cycle.
