Please newbie needs help

I need advice from the experts. I am moving a Saltwater reef ready tank with fish and coral. I am driving them in my van, a 12 hour trip.

What packing strategy should I use to ensure the highest survival rate? I planned on double bagging, adding a few drops of Amquel and using only room air. Is that adequate for that length of trip? Do I need heat packs? Do I need to add oxygen? Could I just open the bag and hit each bag with a battery powered air pump? How long?

Thanks

My recommendation is to separate stuff out in as large a water volume as you can for each specimen. I like sealable 5 gallon buckets for this. They're cheap and commonly available at home improvement and hardware places. Since the stuff will be inside the van, I don't think heating/cooling will be a big issue. How large is the tank?

My NSLFS will usualy put in Methanol-Blue ( at least I think that'swhat it's cqaaalled) for the trip, I htink it's for oxygen purposes.
