sebae anemone

just bought a sebae anemone for my tomato clown and it's moving around the tank . i put it on a piece of live rock twice and it moved i lost it for 2 days then found it poking out from LR and tried to anchor it in the
LS but it moved i also have a condy and i read it's normal to wander. what am i doing wrong?

As you have read, it's normal for an anemone to wander like this - especially when it's new to the tank. Not much you can do really - just let it get settled somehwere...

However, when you start to see it anchor itself up on the top (LR, or glass panels), most likely it is complaining that you do not have strong enough light.

Let it wonder on its own. Sooner or later it will settle down somewhere, provided your water chemistry is suitable.
