The more I at Hellolights the more my head start to spin...

What is the most common form of supplement (PC? VHO? NO?) and how much is the average (50% of the wats of the main? 30% 80%)?

From what I have seen, people tend to buy the best lighting they can afford. If you don't want to drop too much money then people go with PC's, but I think most everyone agrees that MH is the top of the line. and I think 250SE is the most common bulb. I personally run 150watts x3 HQI.

...i don't know if there is a concensus for supplement, I just have 2 actinic NO's.

...and my avatar just reminds me of how many A. Percula's are dying in people's tanks because they jumped into the hobby because of a cartoon, and they no nothing about it.
