I am getting some live rock tonight that was maintained in a reef tank that was jumpstarted by waterchanges about a year ago from the tank they are going to be added to. Do I have to cure this rock, acclimate the rock, or can I simply add it into my currnet tank?

Depends on how much live rock we're talking about here.
I don't understand what the current condition of the LR is. Is it "cured" already or not?

Yeah that's kind of confusing. Is the live rock coming out of an established tank? The reason for curing rock is to allow natural die off to complete, thereby ending the leaching of chemicals into the water. This die off occurs during shipping when the rock is out of light and water. So we need to know a little more about it. How much are you getting, where are you getting it from, how are you getting it? Having it shipped, picking it up, etc...What is the current status of it? Also, what state is your tank in right now? How long has it been established? What is in it right now? Once we know a little more info we can help you better.

Sorry for the confusing wording. The tank the rock is coming from has been running for about a year and was started with water I saved from my water changes 1 year ago.
Its about 4 5-10lb pieces of rock.

If it has been in a tank for a year it should be fine, assuming it isn't going to be out of the water for any significant amount of time. Just try to keep the rock wet when you move it. If you are moving it across town or something, put it in buckets of water, or a cooler of water or something. If it is coming from a tank in your house, just take it out and put it directly into your tank. It should be fine
