Judging from the light parameter alone, it looks fine to me... but you really need to tell us about the water parameters and other setup,
It is easy to say it won't survive if you tell us something really out of usual, but if everything sounds right, it can still very difficult to say that it definitely going to do wel, you know...
I was mostly concerned about the amount of light I had because under the captive care description for this coral it said medium light requirements and low water flow.
My mushrooms are flourishing, seemingly they grow larger by the day. I know I shouldn't use them as a gauge to determine my tank's health but I was under the impression that they would not grow unless they were in relatively good water conditions.
Get a frag from local reefer, and give it a try. Luckily, hammer is one of the easiest coral to keep, just watch the color for any evidence of browning/bleach due to shock or lack of light.
I think the hammer will do fine, if you place it in the upper half of the tank. I don't know where the atinic bulbs are placed, but I would place him right under it.
