Please help. I have a large colt coral that is being eaten by my Pacific Blue Tangs. My tank is a 150 gal I feed 3 times per day. I have a large population of fish. I have
3 blue tangs
4 yellow tangs
1 coral beauty
1 clown
3 chromis
4 anemones
1 Large finger
3 leathers
Several mushrooms
1 brain coral
Large polyp community
I know that this is alot for such a small tank but I am waiting on my 500 gallon to cycle and most of the animals came with the 500-gallon tank. My 500 gallon tank is just about cycled the pH is 8.6 Nitrates 20 Ammonia is .15 Calcium is 375 Nitrites 0 Salinity is 1.023. I guess my question is can I move the colt coral to the large tank now? I am afraid the colt coral is going to shut down and start to get sick. The 150-gallon has been running with all of the live stock for 3 months with no trouble until recently.
Any help would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
Best Regards:
