This is my first post so bare with me and please do not laugh at my spelling. This could get long winded. I have just finished the second 50% water change on my 55gal in a week to replace my well water with R/O water, and I noticed 2 of my 25 snails standing high and puffing a light colored substance that resembles smoke as it driffs away in the water. (my water flow was lowered to hold down the splashing)
This is a 1 year old tank I bought 2 months ago (stocked with 4 fish, all died on the same day a month ago). The 2 month period has alot of history, and death, so I am a little gun shy at this point. Could anyone help me understand if this is standard behavior for these snails, or am I looking forward to more things dying?
I realize there is alot of information about my set-up not mentioned here, but if needed to answer my question I'll be more than happy to supply.
