No, the prism is not too hot. Aqua-c makes an excellent hang on skimmer- Remora.

word of advice, avoid the seaclone! I have one myself. I bought it under the guise of ignorance. I have finally gotten the thing to work and it does produce some quality skimmate, but I had to modify the heck out of the thing. The pump is not the original, the impeller that is in the pump did not come from either one of those, and I have some modifications to the venturi head on the pump. I had enough parts from other pumps to make my own hybrid but seriously doubt that it could be repeated economically. By a good skimmer to start with. I have no first hand experience with the Lee's but you will be replacing the limewood diffusers on a very regular basis. I would suggest that you take this setup slowly and get what ou need the first time and do it right. Even if this means postponing your set up for a couple of months while you save your funds and gather the right equipment. Just my .02 Oh yeah, check out some of the online suppliers and you will find what you are looking for.

Wilson, I second the notion to stay away from the suckclone. Spend the extra $50-$60 and get the AquaC Remora Pro.

the aquaclear 201 is fine for your twenty...now if its gonna be a Fish Only! WLR then i dont know why you would need a protein skimmer...however if you do decide to go with corals and shrimp and so forth then i really would recommend the skimmer. no skimmer needs a sump really. but if you are gonna spend the money on a skimmer you should get a bakpak 2 or 2r. In the 20 gal dont expect to be getting tangs or trigger fish or anything of that nature since they will outgrow such a small tank. clownfish will make good tankmates..especially the clark or the percula/false percula.. gobies are great fish as well as blennies. certain wrasses are good for beginners and even some anthias...It would be a good idea to ask Local Fish Store clerks for advise or even ask us on here like you are now on fish. Now is the time to consider lighting...your Normal Output lights will be fine for fish only but if you do decide to add corals or anything you should plan on uprgrading your lighting to at the least Power Compact lighting...Metal Halides are perfered though but you can get by with PC's on a 20 easily.
I hope all this stuff helps..Id hate to see you make the same mistakes i did when i started...

good luck
:)
