Last week i had pick up some peppermint shrimp well one of them has egg. today i come from work the egg are gone what should i do

Nothing! Peppermint shrimp will lay eggs regularly in the aquaria. Trying to raise them to adulthood is not easy, so people generally let them become natural food for other tank inhabitants.

I personally always keep a pair or so of peppermints and a pair of cleaners in my tank and this is one of the reasons why. They will spawn quite often giving your tank the benifits of a little live food
