M mutley29 Advanced Reefer Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Apr 5, 2004 #4 Get rid of the bioballs, they produce nitrate if your not careful, and you'd be better off in the long run getting a better skimmer. how much and often do you feed?, if its not the bioballs causing the high nitrate, you may be overfeeding. Just some food for thought
