I was looking at getting a kent marine ro/di but they're like $250. I saw an Aquamaxx ro/di 50gpd for like $200. Does anyone have any experience with the aquamaxx? are they any good? or go with kent marine?

you can get an awesome 100gpd RO/DI unit for under 150.00 -- don't pay 200 bucks for a 50gpd!

look around on ebay -- there are reputable RO/DI dealers there that run their businesses online through ebay. check their user feedback and ratings... it's not hard to find a good dealer.

I bought a 100 gpd, 6 stage, RO/DI from one of the vendors on Ebay and it has worked flawlessly. I paid $90 + shipping, and it took me an hour to install, but following their installation it could be done in half the time. (I did the complete hard installation).
