will LR seed a sandbed or does it actually take some live sand? If it takes live sand, how much? I've been converting to a FOWLR setup and currently have 60# of LR and 70# of argamax. I add a little more rock and sand each month as it is an established tank.

LR will seed a sandbed by itself, but to get the greatest diversity of life, you should seed it with as much as possible. Using some good live sand will help.
