I have a fish only tank right now.It has been setup for about a year now.I was going to upgrade my tank with a better light and hope to get coralline covered live rock ...I have a lot of janitors such as redlegged crabs and bluelegged and 2 red emerald crabs and a lots of snails. They eat all my macro plants I put in the main tank. Will they eat the coralline also?
Thanks for you input.

Not likely.. - Where you're likely to run into that is with urchins..

Althought I'm new to the board... and have LOTS of questions in me... I wouldn't expect your cleanups to eat the CA. Careful, though what types of corals you add... some of your cleanup crew may make short work of them.

:D Thanks for all of you input ...I feel better. I don't think the crabs or snails I have will bother the corals..But you may be right...
Thanks

I've read in several mags and soforth about crabs you can buy , but they say..not reef safe beside them.. doesnt this mean they eat stuff you'd want to keep?

LIKE.. electric blue hermit crabs..i also hear rumors of some banded shrimp doing some damage...

Ok, so it's based on cleanup crews, not corals, right?
