I'm new to the obsession...I mean hobby, and was wondering if I could get some expert opinions on Marc Weiss products. He claims a lot will happen and I'm skeptical. Thanks :)

Be skeptical, very skeptical.

If thats a serious question, you just stepped into a potential beehive with your first post here... (Which leads me to believe you might have seen that above banner a time or two before...)

Personally, I have no opinion because I've never used the stuff. - And I doubt I ever will either.

Good luck!

Len, can I say IBTL this early in the game??

I recommend avoiding any unnecessary additives, regardless of the brand. A common rule-of-thumb in reefkeeping is to not add anything you're not testing for. If you perform regular water changes with a good salt mix and supplement Alk and Ca as needed you're pretty much covered. A 2-part additive like B-Ionic or something similar is one of the easiest ways to supplement Alk/Ca IMO. In a tank with lots of stony corals a lot of people keep an eye on Mg as well.

I have a real problem with "mystery" supplements, and only addstuff I know I realy need.

IMHO, less is more.

Don't know much about Marc Weiss Products, but there is a Miss Wearc additive called "Miracle Solvent HOH" that I use all the time. I add gallons of it everyday, and without it, I bet my tank would be just like the Dead Sea. The chemical formula is H2O, and it is only $1 per gallon...
