Just a quick but silly question.

After feeding the shrimp last night I got distracted and left the "Krill" out...sure enough this afternoon I find it all soggy. My question is can it be refrozen or is it now bad and just pitch it? I do NOT want to make my inverts sick. I have a feeling pitch it, but just want to be sure.

Unless it was sitting out somewhere very warm and dirty, I say re-freeze it. It should be fine. I've done by accident too.

It would probably better to be safe than sorry.

I do think that bad krill would smell very nasty.

How does it smell?

Good krill smells!

I would use it, shrimp are scavengers anyway. When I have bait shrimp left over I freeze it and then feed it to my fish.
