Please critique my first sump design!

This will be my first and hopefully only attempt at a sump for my 72 bowfront. Please give me any and all feedback which you deem helpful. Thanks in advance!

Looks fine to me although you might want to go under-over-under with the baffles for the best bubble rejection because the ASM skimmer is going to be releasing bubbles near the surface.

Like chris said Id reverse the baffle heights. The one closest to the overflow output needs to be higher than the one closest to the return.

The diagram shows the sump is 12x36 inches at the --

But you only have 30"--

14 + 2*2 + 12 = 30

If it really is 36".... have you considered adding a refugium?

My sump is only 32" and I have a refugium, but it is a bit cramped.
