I seem to be running at a base level of NH3: 0.5 NO3:10
and PO4: 0.5 ...
Water changes, once a week 10% don't seem to affect this much.

Also I'm wondering if salt creep on my tank equals the water volume evaporated; my salinity levels don't seem to waver at all.

Check your source water that you are using for waterchanges. Chances are your excess nutrient is coming from there. As for the evaporation thing...I guess its possible, but ive personally havent seen it happen, try a different hydrometer.

It also depend on your methods of nutrient export. WC is a form of nutrient export.

The numbers ain't too bad, if you really wants everything to drop down to near 0, you probably want to up on the frequency/volume of WC, and/or other form of nutrient export.
