Red Sea Calcium lab...problem

I just bought this kit and tested my water...it took 15 drops of the last reagent to get to the color...I use catalina natural saltwater and I know the calcium level isn't 950ppm. It seems like the last reagent is really hard to get out of the bottle...could it be bad??

The brand I use has the same problem, sometimes the last reagent crystalizes and cloggs the tip

You need to really shake it well, and also turning it upright and squeezing the air out of it will unclog it
