The last three days I have noticed that each day about 3 inches of water has evaporated from the sump. Is this normal? I have my air conditioner on all day around 75. So it is not hot in the house at all. When I had a tank about 6 years ago I do not remember that much water evaporating.

If you don't see any puddles on the floor, there's nowhere else it can be going. :wink:
The AC is taking a lot of moisture out of the ambient air so this will increase evaporation. You might have more water surface area on this setup, or more airflow across the water surface. Both can be a big factor in evaporation rates.
