I have a Multiflotor SL Aquamedic Skimmer and I'm having a bit of trouble setting it in the right performance.
I only have, for now, 40kgs of LR, 1 salarias fasciatus, 2 clowns, 1 anemone, 3 shrimps.
My skimmer is not producing so much wast has I was expecting. I produces a lot of foam, but after 24h working, it has filled say 3% of the cup with waste.
Could this be normal or is he underproducing?

Doesn't sound like you have much bioload in the tank, so the skimmer probably doesn't have all that much to do yet. Do you have a pic of it in action?

Thing is that I'm not very sure... Here's my guess:

As I had only LR in my tank the skimmer stood almost "dead" for 2 weeks or so. Then I came to realize that it was not normal that it didn't produce more waste after so much time. It needed regulation and time to start producing waste. Every time I tried to regulate it I didn't wait time enough... So, after having the foam come just till the middle of the small cone inside the skimmer's cup, I waited for 24h and... there it was. Working fine now.
Concerning the skimmer itself, I have a friend that has this hobby for 40(!!) years now and he tells me this is the best skimmer in the market.

Here's a pic:
