Reefkeeper Vs. Aquacontroller Jr./3

Hello,

Any views on these two units and which would be better to get? Is there one I'm not looking at and should be?

I have a JBJ 24nano and was thinking of adding this to the face of the stand door and put all the wiring inside as it will cleanup the nest on the outside at the moment while also giving me Temp, PH monitoring, timers and so on.

Thoughts?

The RK2 would look nicer in your situation. You can front mount the unit or cut a hole to flush mount where as the AC jr is not easily done since all the wires connect to the face unit itself.
The RK2 utilizes the power bar/direct connect to attach the temp probe and ph probe so this can be inside the stand itself.

i have the RK2 and i like the way the ph probe and temp. probe in hidden....
but the ACjr has some extra features over the RK2....
theres a controller comparison chart in this forum somewhere....

I have had so many problems with my ReefKeeper 1 that I cant see myself buying something else manufactured by the same company. They came out with the RK2 about a week after I bought the 1 and they would not exchange it!!! AND IT COST ABOUT THE SAME! I hate it, the fuse blows on it ALL OF THE TIME, I have spent about as much on fuses as I have for the stupid thing.
