Volitan the copper levels may be safe but over time they could leach out of the rocks, seals, and plastic and anything else that may be porous that was in the tank when it was coppered into the water column and kill the inverts. So do you stock the tank up with living things to possibly have them poisoned a day, a week, a month a year, or ten years down the road? The one thing I love about MR is that it has always promoted responsible reefkeeping.

inverts !!

So I'm not being responsible by saying Imo she can put inverts in the tank, its exactlly that MY opinion. And You have Yours. Please don't assume You are automaticly correct and then speak to me about not being responsible ! If You want to trash the tank thats fine I don't agree. So lets leave it at that we disagree !!

Dude you need to calm down, try decaf maybe you need to look at things in a different perspective I don't know, I assume nothing because of the old adage and others have no problems helping themselves making ones of themselves. I also never said you were not responsible, I said MR is big difference. And if you look at the above posts they speak for themselves.

Did you get new test kits? Those strips aren't very good. I would be careful using your rocks (and maybe tank) if you were ever going to add corals. Corals actually grow on the rocks and eventhough your inverts are straight with the water, your corals might have an issue with your rocks.[/quote]
