2 id's please

Can someone help me id'ing these two?
#1 Snail, nudi creature grazing.
#2 Red Macro algae. This one is spreading quite a bit. Is this good for my reef? How do i control the red macro or should i want to?

The algae might be Graciella? The grazer I'm not sure of. And the last snail looks like Stomatella. Try your post in the general or hitchhiker areas and you could get more responses. Certainly more experienced reefkeepers than I could give a more accurate assesment. Hope this helps.
