Skimmer-Sea Clone; How Do I?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to adjust my Sea Clone skimmer? I have been adjusting it little by little but can't see to get any foam in the cup. It swirls like crazy, but no gak. Any ideas?

This skimmer is notoriously troublesome. I think if you do a search here you'll find plenty of discussion about it.

Enter seaclone in google and you will find several ways to modify it to increase production.
