I have had my eyes on then Tunze Turbelle powerheads for a while (who hasnt?) but they are so pricey. I was in my LFS the other day and say what I thought was a Tunze powerhead but it was a Seio Super Flow pump.

I was wondering if anyone has tried these Seio pumps and how they might compare to the Tunze. I am looking to get the more spread out water circulation from my powerheads that the Tunze provide then the more jetstream that most powerheads give now.

Thanks for any info,
Mouse

I had a Seio 880. It lasted 6 months. I have a Tunze Stream 6000 now and it is awesome. Plus you can control the flow with a coltroller.

IME - Seio is made by Rio which = Junk.

Seio's have a record of seizing up and IIRC they are a lower volume than a Tunze.
