I think I am pretty much screwed with having my bulkheads drilled at the bottom on my tank. I believe it has tempered glass but not sure. Not all of them had tempered glass...mine has same color glass and does not have tempered labeled anywhere like they have most of the time. Does anyone know for sure or have info, label says HM manufactured March 2000 and then sn#(this is on the top right of my tank)

The manufacturer usually says it need to be factory-drilled. I would be surprised if they give you any "go aheads" if they the usual company.
Anway, see if the manufacturer will give you the info about the type of glass. So did you drilled it already or you want to drill it somewhere else.
