Since I started in this hobby 3 months ago I have been looking for ways to automate as much of this as possible as I have limited time and sometimes no time. Being a gadget kind of guy I have been looking at controlers since day 1 and researched them all.
I came across the ReefKeeper line from Digital Aquatics http://www.digitalaquatics.com/ and liked what I saw. Their new top of the line model the Elite seemed a bit pricey at $490 but when I saw everything it came with the cost seemed right in line with the other vendors where you have to buy add ons and they jack the price right up there.
The Elite was delayed for months but I saw today they were taking pre-orders so I went and bought one. Thought I might pass this information along for any other new reef keepers who might find themselves with the need for some automation in their lives.
