I have this tiny works in my tank that have pink heads, so far they have eaten my macroalgae and have been seen crawling on my snails but not killed any. Are these dangerous to fish and corals.

Did you WANT that macroalgae? If it was red turf, I say bring on the worms. In fact, you could
sell them for a good price. If you liked the algae, I would say it might be time to feed the sand
bed a bit and keep them occupied, or fed at least.

There may be worms that eat macroalgae, but it sounds odd to me. What you need
I guess is a fish that sees every motile creature in your tank as a potential meal, like
a wrasse.
