sand to seed my nano tank

can anyone spare a few cups of sand to seed my tank. I'm also looking for some cured rock,Thanks tons

As far as live sand, Pedro posted he had 70 pounds and was happy to dole out cups of sand to people. I'd suggest PMing him. For cured liverock, you should check the FS/FT forums. LR comes up there at a good price fairly often. If you need cured LR immediately, you can always email any or the MR vendors and I'm sure they'll take good care of you.
