I recently purchased a small frag of zoos from WWF...nice, but I noticed after i got them home...some white slime on them. Does anyone know what this is and/or is it bad, good or indifferent? I have included a picture to help everyone ascertain. Thanks!

We sometimes get zoanthids in our shipment with an infection that looks similar to that. Take it out and smell it. It may probably smell rotten. If so, it is an infection. The infected section ends up not making it. If you do a lugols dip an swish it around it may come off. If you dont take care of it quick you might loose all of it. I would recommend trying to frag the infected piece off. Make sure you dont do this in the tank or when taking the piece out be careful not to let the fungus float to neighboring corals assuming that the area smells bad.
