Hi JRWOHLERGreat video....I didn't know banana's were good food for fish what does it provide for the fish?
For me Paul Baldassano came up with the original idea so I followed it. It is not a natural food for fish but they like it (and some also like cheese for that mater and it is good to have them eat stuff that otherwise would be rejected if presented singly, since we can conceal/disguise them into the soft pulp of the banana. One of the elements in which banana are most rich of and supply, is potassium but there is more, please see here and you also check post n? 230 and 232 of my thread about keeping Zanclus which you may access at reefforum.net through the link in my signature.
