New pump or New Skimmer

I have a Berlin skimmer w/ the turbo upgrade and the pump has failed. If you had a choice would you replace it w/ another pump or go w/ another skimmer? Im running a 90g Softie tank w/ 8 inhabitants.

If i get a pump what should I go with (it is the venturi style)?

If I get a skimmer my choices would be the Asm G1x, and the Reef Octopus NH110.

Also how long could I run the system w/o the skimmer?

if you think the skimmer is doing good for you...then replace the pump...
is the label still on the pump?.,...you can go according to its specs...i would use a pump thats a little more powerful for venturi style skimmers...
best is to go check out a few other members skimmers and compare...
for me i would buy a new skimmer..(like a msx 160,asm,euro reef,vertex 100,i-tech 100 cone ..etc..) they are the newer designs which works very well...also depends on how much extra $ is burning in your pocket..

you will be fine without a skimmer for a week or 2....just keep up with your water changes....softies dont need super clean water
