Anyone know what the estimate weight of a 92 gallon corner tank with stand water and rocks would be???, setting up tank on wood floor, basement underneath, dont know if i should reinforce just to be sure, thanks

just be sure to put them near a retaining wall perpendicular to the floor supports(? beams running underneath your floor) and you should be fine. unless you've had termites, then you should replace that floor.
About 782lbs. I beleive a typical wood floor supports 300lbs psf close to the wall. However that means it will hold but doesn't guaranty the floor wont sag. But with your tank in the corner close to the wall it should be fine. It's when you move away from the wall that extra support is needed.
salt water is approx. 9 lbs/gal, safe estimate with tank/equip/sump would be min. 10lbs/gal so over 1000 lbs PLUS 3-500 lbs, for you and your friend staring at it!
i have a 54 corner i always wanting the 92 corner but remeber to leave space in case think change ur mind about the background color & dont forget the pics :wink1:
