anemone question

Can a rose tip anemone kill a green tip anemone? I had a green tip for 7-8 months and was doing fine; however, I got home today and the rose tip is blooming in the spot where the green tip would be and the green tip is shriveled up to a little ball.

I have bolth and they used to be right up against each other. As long as they are bolth bubble anemones they should be fine. Now if one was a bubble and another was say a sebae then they shouldnt touch.

I bought it from a member as a RBTA??? foolish question but is that a sebae?

no the rose anemone is a rbta or red bubble tip anemone and the green one is a green bubble tip anemone. A sebae is a brownish color. It should be fine mine shrivel up once and a while its natural, it may just be releasing waste. However if it stays like that for more then a day or two something is wrong.
