I just got a nano Koralia a few days ago and I realize its way too small for the tank. I'm thinking maybe two or three #2 or #3s would be best?

Do I need to worry about little fish getting sucked into the back of a Koralia? That's my concern about getting one that's too big.

I guess people will say it depends on the fish and coral I'm putting in the tank. I'm not so sure about that yet. But I just got a light with 65w 10k and 65w actinic so that will limit the corals.

you have enough light to keep most corals in that tank (honestly pretty much everything assuming you place it in an appropriate part of the tank). I would really figure out what you want to keep first and then get the flow that you need. if you are looking at the bigger koralias you might want to also check out the tunze 6025. they are much better if you need a lot of flow...

right, or an MP10.. it really depends on your flow. Right now I have a Koralia 2 and an MJ 900 pointed at each other. 2x Koralia 2's would also work.

Tunze 6025's are a nice option as well, but they cost about 2x as much.

The koralia nano is actually a lot more powerful than I thought it would be. I put it on the side of my 75G freshwater and I have some movement from plants on the far side (almost four feet away).

Thanks for the advice all. The MP pumps look awesome, but I think too much $$$ for me right now. I'll get a Koralia 2. Once I set up the tank, get the live rock, and wait for the tank to stabilize, I can research corals and figure out the flow I need. At that point I may upgrade to the MP10.
