i found a kits thats not bad in price .. has anyone ever use this API Reef Master Test Kit

yes i have they are not the most accurate test kits but they do work i like the salifert a little more money but vary accurate. if you are doing a reef you want to get the best test kits out there so you can keep your water levels good or you will have problems. but if you are doing a fish only you will be good with the api test kits. hope this helps you

thanx it does help alot and i am doin coral or i shud say want to start adding bits of coral lil at a time ..is there a kit that includes the most neededtest in salifert?

salifert has all type main ones you need are magnesium,calcium,dkh,nitrate once you get going there will be others as you get more in depth

There is an expiration date on each bottle which is not easily recognized as such. I once asked them and they told me how to read it. In any case if it is onsale you need to be careful because some or all the bottles could be approaching the expiration. At that point the results are meaningless.
Too bad that don't tell you that anywhere.
