I have a maroon clownfish (wild) for two weeks now and still does not host a LTA that is in my 40 gal. reef tank. Eats well , always moving. Is this normal? Is thier something I do could to help it host the LTA ??

takes time...might not host that anemone(despite compatibility, ive heard of clowns not hosting), good luck

both my GSM and my reg maroon clowns hosted within minutes of being in the tank with anemones...

I have had some host straight away, and others take months to finally start.
I have also had clowns that refused to host in the anemone, preferring my fogspawn instead. You just have to be patient, they will find it eventually.

Clowns sometimes host other objects like powerheads and overflow boxes.I bought a big Toadstool to see if it would host but no luck.
