how to cleaning scratches for a acrylic tank?

what should i use to buff out scratches from a acrylic tank

on the outside, something like this would work:

on the inside of tank...well... that would mean you'd have to remove the livestock, etc.

thanks... the tank is empty just want to make sure the stuff is reefsafe has anyone used this product before

I used it on that tank when I bought it and it worked. Through out having it it becamed scratched. It was not bad to remove them. It should be good I used it on the sides and the bottom the guy dident know what he was doing and strached the hell out of it at the bottom but I know the scratches are not deep at all.
