What is this!? Good or bad!?

i was just looking at my tank with the lights off and i saw this wierd creature..it sorta looks like a slug with a hard shell on half of its back with a tail..it moves very slow ...Does anyone know what it is and if it is good or bad!?

Yeap they are great creatures i started off with one and now i have many in my tank they basically come out at night and do their thing (cleaning i mean ) I think they are asexual so dont be suprise if you see more down the line.
