anemones eating molting shrimp?

I have a BTA, and originally had 2 cleaners, and 3 peppermints in my tank, there only 1 cleaner left in my tank now. My water parameters are good 0 - 0 - 0.10 , and the anemone is healthy. However, I started noticing my shrimp disappearing 1 at a time and it is always concurrent with a shrimp molting. My tank currently has a pair of clowns and a pseudochromis fridmani as well. Given that the bodies of the shrimp disappear with out a trace, i'm guessing the culprit could be the BTA. Are molting shrimp susceptible to anemone stings or at least being a easy meal for the anemone?

Molting shrimp are vulnerable to everything...it's why they hide the most during that period. I'd be surprised they'd venture close to an anemone while molting. I suspect the pseudochromis....

Is this typical behavior for a pseudo chromos? I know that they are have an aggressive streak in them but they typically leave the shrimp alone. Has any one out there had the same experience? A pseudo killing and eating ornamental shrimp?

Ive seen a pseudo attacking ornamental shrimp in a store or two. Main reason why I didnt get one.

+1 also, the shrimp themselves can be territorial and eat eachother if there isn't enough room for them all...

Yes...people say that tank raised fridmani's are more mellow, but they lie.
