Ballast switch blown-can anyone fix it?(Queens)

Coralife 250watt ballast-turned it on today,the switch popped and sparked,then I unplugged it-anyone know how to fix it? The actinics still work, but the halides are inoperable...Pm please!!!

What type of fixture? More than likely the ballast went bad causing the switch to fry. PM me, I might be able to look at it for you.
