Clear tube like things

When I was doing my weekly cleaning, checking, etc, I noticed these one inch long, thin tube like things growing on the liverock I keep in the first chamber of my refuge. Any ides what they are or what to do about them.

pic would help there is a number of tube like things,do they have like a duster that keeps poping in and out if so could be mini feather dusters or also small tube worms which is nothing to worry about in the sump.
