Metal Halide vs HID vs T5's vs PC

Can anyone help me find the par rating of these lighting fixures, also if you have pics of the fixure your using post it with your lighting specs. i really want to get a broader understanding and also help others. thanx

PAR ratings are going to depend upon the particular bulb/ballast /reflector combination you are using so it is not going to be possible to answer your question.
