How long do you treat for Flatworms?

I used Flatworm Exit about 6 hours ago. I have pulled like 12 Bristle worms out the tank with still more to pull. The problem is, I was treating for Flat worms not Bristle. After the FW I could see were removed, before treatment. I have not seen one FW dead or alive. Can I do A water change and call it a night or am I missing something?

i think bristle worms are good in the tank, helps with detritus

Yes you can. If you have carbon, I would add that too.
