Hi, everyone!

My name is Danielle and I have been in this hobby for two and a half short months. I have a six gallon Fluval Edge.
I joined MR not only to learn, but to find out about local reef events, and was happy to see that the MR frag swap is less then a month away!

I'm truly in awe of this hobby and in those of you who have the dedication and desire to welcome the natural beauty of reefing into your lives for whatever your reasons may be! For that, I wanted to say thank you for the inspiration!

I have been following your thread of NR and I recently started a fluval edge over at my girlfriends.Your tank looks great...Mine Is still cycling!

wow!!! thanks so much to everyone for the warm welcome and kind words! I so tuly appreciate it and am so glad I found MR!
I especially appreciate the compliments on my rockwork, lol, you have no idea how many times that has changed since day one. More often than not, my OCD gets the best of me and I find myself tweeking the contents of the tank, just a bit, lol. Thank goodness I only have a little tank to deal with!

Good Morning aznt1217,

Happy to hear you too have an Edge in your office. I am looking for a baby perc clown, and I am glad to hear you have two in yours. I was afraid there wouldn't be enough space for more then one fish, and since I already have a real small Yellow Clown Goby, I figured one additional fish would be the max...
As far as lighting, here is what I have:

I was informed that by removing the lenses in these bulbs, that I would have a 120 degree angle. After removing the lense, I did notice a significant increase in the angle.
I also took the suggestion of another Edge owner and added a10watt Coralife bulb to add a bit of actinic light:
