Flake Food Recommendation

What flake food would you guys recommend for clown fish and fathead anthias?

I feed my fish frozen food too. But I just hoping the fathead would accept prepare food other than frozen. So it wont starve to death when I am away.

i hear ya.. the omega one has alot of good nutrients in it..some are slamon,halibut,seafood mix(krill,kelp,rockfish & shrimp) its great for adding color to your fish bc its loaded in omega 3&6...

I use kensfish.com. In addition to frozen, I like Kens for my tangs. He sells a few different vegetarian flakes with spirulina, kelp etc. One even includes garlic and paprika. I have found it to be great to get stressed fish to eat. His prices are also good.

I just use Formula 1 and Formula 2 flake food. I generally just use it to give the smaller, more active fish a snack, or when I'm lazy. For my clownfish, I actually prefer Formula 1 pellets -- the small kind. You can just dribble a few in at a time until the clowns're full, limiting overfeeding.

The bulk of most of my fishes' diets is saltwater mysid shrimp (I use H2OLife mini-mysis; Hikari also sells marine mysids,) and cyclops-eez, along with whatever's living or spawning in the tank.
