Bulb switch for summer?

What's the reason why you are wanting to change bulbs for the summer?

I change my bulbs every 9-10 months.

I change mine every year. I dont see why changing them with the season.

You should change them on a regular schedule. I change mine when they either burn out or when the corals in the tank seem to react negatively to the lighting.
